Lugarde Prima Round Series 400
The Royal Grand is An attractive summerhouse with a wonderful skylight on the roof allowing a lot of extra daylight in, making the summerhouse perfect for a studio (summerhouse in photo is used as a painting studio). The roof is delivered in loose parts: rafters, roof boards and shingles (i.e. NO ready-to-use roof elements). The skylight is also delivered in loose parts. All models are delivered with windows and doors fitted with real glass, pressure impregnated foundation beams, a choice of chrome or brass metalwork, a metal cap and a choice between a weathercock, witch or a brass or chrome plated bulb.
The Prima Grand ΓΈ 400cm model is delivered as standard with 2 casement windows PE23 (opening outwards) and a double door PE24. The windows and door of this Prima model is fitted with real glass. A wooden floor is optional (see price list). The roofs of the Prima are delivered with seperate rafters, roof boards and shingles (i.e. NO ready-to-use roof elements). For the shingled roof, you have a choice of 5 colours: green, red, black, brown or blue.
